Truth: All psychological emotions and feelings are morally qualifyable.
The following is a non-exhaustive lists of uncharitable psychological emotions and feelings:
hurt feelings/self-pity, upset, offended, defensive, insecure,
distraught, discouraged, disgusted, disappointed,
bored, apathetic, timid, embarrassed, humiliated,
lonely, unloved, unaccepted, rejected, betrayed, miserable,
stressed, overwhelmed, worried, scared, afraid, nervous, desperate, anxious, panicked, phobic, horrified, terrified,
bugged, annoyed, irritated, frustrated, put-out, peeved, fed-up, pissed-off, angry, vexed, hostile, furious, enraged, rage, impatient, controlling, intolerant,
manic, lustful, depressed, despairing, hopeless, feeling helpless (not being so), suicidal,
envious, jealous, arrogant, self-righteous, hateful, animosity, bitterness, resentment, unforgiving, vengeful, spiteful,
Etc.
Take any one of the harmful emotions or feelings above and insert it into the following question:
"Is feeling ___ being Loving?"
All uncharitable psychological emotions and feelings are sins (absence of Truth+Love+Virtues) caused by our freely chosen interior intellectual acts that are wrong and false; i.e. irrational; i.e. sins as well.
Other interior intellectual acts that cause psychological emotions and feelings are classified as: thoughts, beliefs, expectations, wants, desires, likes, dislikes, and attractions.
Every time you have an uncharitable psychological emotion or feeling from the lists above: (Using your favorite name for The Divine; I use Jesus)
"Jesus I'm sorry I feel ____, heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, and Love, show me Your Truth about why I feel ____; Thank You Jesus for Your Healing, Truth, and Love
