Use your favorite name for The Divine...(I use the name Jesus)

1) Thank You Jesus for this opportunity for me to be more Loving through this sacrifice.

2) Jesus please heal me and them, bless us, protect us from evil, teach us Your Truth, help us to be more Loving and may all Souls being purified go to be with You as soon as possible.

3) Jesus I offer this to You for the compensation and healing of my sins and theirs, everyone on my prayer list and the whole world.

4) Jesus please show me what Truths you want me to learn, change within me, and do differently in relation to them. (and show me how to problem solve this in the best way)

5) Jesus please show me all of the lies that I believe. (When you are shown them, write them down, repent of them, and ask to be shown all the Truth to replace them.)

6) Jesus I'm sorry I feel bad (or insert other emotion) with what is happening because I want something from them (and/or) I am afraid of myself or others suffering in some way, please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth and Love, and show me Your Truth about this; Thank You Jesus for Your Healing, Truth, and Love.

7) Jesus I'm sorry I fail to stay focused on You and discern with You, please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth, and Love, show me Your Truth about this, and help me to remained focused on You and discern with You always about everything, Thank You.

8) Jesus I'm sorry my perspective, attitudes, priorities, judgements, wants and desires are wrong, please heal me, fill me with Your Wisdom and Humility to recognize and accept Truth, and give me Your perspectives, attitudes, priorities, judgements, wants, and desires on everything; Thank You.

9) Jesus I'm sorry I want to selfishly use others (or name the person you are unhappy with), please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth, and Love, show me Your Truth about this, and give me Your Grace to only want to give to others; Thank You.

10) Jesus I'm sorry I want something from others (or name the person you are unhappy with), please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth,
and Love, show me Your Truth about this, and give me Your Grace to only want everything the way it is and want everything from You; Thank You.

11) Jesus I'm sorry I am a hypocrite (I sin the way the other person is), please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth, and Love, show me Your Truth about this, and give me Your Grace to only want to focus on my own sins; Thank You.

12) Jesus I'm sorry I don't want to be charitable when the other person is not, please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth, and Love, show me Your Truth about this, and give me Your Grace to always want to be charitable no matter how others behave; Thank You.

13) Treat every immature person as a CHILD of God; literally as a child who knows no better and cannot do any better and cannot give to you or others at all. In every interaction/conversation, treat them exactly as you would a stranger whom you have just met for the 1st time at a social gathering whom you are being polite to, and whom you expect nothing from.

14) Jesus I'm sorry I blame others for my emotions and feelings, please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth, and Love, show me Your Truth about me blaming my emotions and feelings on others, show me the True causes of my emotions and feelings, and make me self-aware of every way and time I blame my emotions and feelings on others; Thank You.

Go to The Divine for ALL of your emotional and relational needs, period. Spend as much quality time in silence just being with Him and ask Him to fill you with His Love, Virtues, and Truth. If you cannot go to a Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, go to Youtube to live stream Eucharistic Adoration with Jesus. Make sure you stay reverent and respectful of His presence and immediately turn the screen off if you are interrupted or distracted.

15) If you need help with anything big or small, ask The Divine to send you the help you need and be willing to give to them something fair in exchange for it. And wait for the people around you to volunteer to help, or offer to do something for them if they do what you want help with (don't demand or expect that they will agree and make it their responsibility). For example: Jesus please send me someone to help me move heavy boxes in my house. Jesus please send me someone to help me hang my curtains. Jesus please send me someone to help me write and edit all of my books. Etc. Keep asking everyday, until either someone volunteers or someone new shows up and offers.

16) Do not need the unsolicited critical opinions of humans; and do not give unsolicited critical opinions yourself regardless of whether or not you think it is good and helpful to do so unless your and their salvation or life depends on it. Ignore the unsolicited opinions of disrespectful humans and completely ignore the person when they are giving disrespectful or critical or controlling or manipulative selfish using opinions.

When we give attention of any kind to someone when they do this, then they believe it is good, right, and acceptable for them to continue giving their critical opinions. This is why responding in any way or explaining or defending yourself and Truth, will encourage them to continue their prideful disrespectful opinion giving.

Discern all opinions from human beings, both solicited and unsolicited, positive and negative with The Divine directly by asking Him what He wants you to know, interiorly change, and exteriorly do differently, because the affects of what you cannot control come from The Divine.

17) Love, Virtues, and Truth does not originate from human beings; do not hope for, expect, or seek Love, Virtues, and Truth from any human being. If you happen to receive Love, Virtues, and Truth from The Divine through any human being be grateful to them and thank Him.

18) Jesus I'm sorry I want Love/Respect and Truth/Honesty from human beings, please heal me, fill me with Your Graces, Virtues, Truth, Love, show me Your Truth about wanting Love and Truth from human beings, and please give me Your Grace to only want and seek Love and Truth from You; Thank You.

19) Jesus help me feel and experience Your Presence and Love, show me all the lies I believe about everything, and show me Your Truth about everything, Thank You.
