Most of us have heard similar sayings credited to Chuck Swindoll and others... "Achievement is not measured by what happens to you, but by how you react." -LKMV But... What does this mean? How do we do it?
How we "react" means how we choose to: feel, respond, handle, cope, and problem solve everything we experience.
How we chose to: feel, respond, handle, cope, and problem solve, is based in how we choose to: perceive, judge, interpret, and prioritize everything we experience.
How we choose to perceive, judge, interpret, and prioritize everything we experience, is caused by what have already chosen to: be attracted to, like, dislike, want/desire, expect, believe, and think.
What we are attracted to, like, dislike, want/desire, expect, believe, and think is either true, right, and rational...or false, wrong, irrational.
We have to recognize and discern if what we: are attracted to, like, dislike, want/desire, expect, believe, and think about everything, is true or false; right or wrong; rational or irrational...and then we need to be healed of/remove the ones that are false; wrong; irrational and learn and replace them with what is true; right; rational.
